Worldwide Foods are a family owned grocery chain leading the ethnic supermarket sector. Our products range from traditional fruit and vegetables to specialist products such as halal meat and poultry.

Our stores have sales areas between 5,000 and 10,000 square feet and are situated in large residential areas for easy convenience.

Worldwide Foods is a private limited company, wholly owned by the Alam Brothers; Pervez, Arshad, Shahid, Zahid, Asif and Kashif. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly efficient customer orientated service.

Worldwide Foods opened the doors to the first customers in Rochdale in 1985. The intial growth of Worldwide Foods concentrated in the northwest of England, with further stores opening in Manchester (1993), Bradford (2000), Birmingham (2003) and two further stores in Manchester (2004).

Worldwide Foods are continuing to grow year after year, and offering the Worldwide Foods shopping experience to more and more people. Not only are we opening more stores, but we are continually refurbishing and investing in the current stores.
